The Kahi Company will always be a reminder of the importance of being good and being true. I am a very intentional person: intentional about work, life, people and everything. I am giving it my all, and I always do my best. That’s who I am - willful and purposeful.
I used to be called extra. Looking back, it’s funny how all the things I was looked down upon for being and doing have helped shape me into such an amazing person.
Entrepreneurship is difficult but be courageous. Keep going. It’s important to never give up. Take it one day at a time and trust yourself.
I tell people this a lot: No matter how hard things get and no matter how weak you might feel going through the process slowly, one day, you will be amazed at how much you have grown and learnt.
Asking yourself certain questions will also help you to grow. Why do I do what I do? What drives me? What footprints do I want to leave along the way?
The Kahi Company is extremely intentional. As I am an intentional person, it was important that my work also reflected this. From the way we interact with clients, to the planning process and execution. The little details go a long way and the value we bring can last a lifetime.
I am thankful to be able to grow and learn every day from people and experiences
When I think about who I am, I am so proud. I am a woman who is passionate about others. I am a woman who loves and appreciates completely. I am a woman who supports no matter the field or nature. As long as I can help, I will. I am a woman that cares.
To anyone reading this,
Take a moment to appreciate yourself for your growth and your journey. When you feel good, you do good.
In the areas where you feel weak, I hope for strength for you, and I hope you feel seen. It’s important to look back at the moments that made you smile or laugh. Remember how you felt during this time.
Don’t be discouraged, regardless of what’s going on in your career or personal life. You are loved. You are worthy. You are appreciated and the world is so much better with you in it.

Iguehi graduated from Covenant University with a Bachelors Degree in Policy and Strategic Studies. In 2019, she started The Kahi Company. Shortly after, she got certified as a wedding and events planner from the WED Business School.
